Description
The CS5525 (16-bit) and CS5526 (20-bit) are highly integrated delta-sigma A/D converters with an instrumentation amplifier, programmable gain amplifier (PGA), eight digital filters, and self and system calibration circuitry. They provide their own negative supply, enabling their on-chip instrumentation amplifiers to measure bipolar ground-referenced signals as low as 100 mV.
