Description
The CP2400/1/2/3 is a 128/64 segment LCD driver with GPIO expander, real-time clock, and 256 bytes of RAM. It supports static, 2-mux, 3-mux, and 4-mux displays and features an on-chip bias generation with internal charge pump. The GPIO expander expands the GPIO count by up to 36 pins (48-pin packages) or 20 pins (32-pin package). The real-time clock provides precision time keeping with a 32.768 kHz watch crystal and a 36-hour programmable counter with wake-up alarm. The device operates from 1.8-3.6 V and has an ultra-low power mode with LCD (<3 μA typical).

Dedicated RST and INT pins.
Optional CLK pin can be used as a CMOS clock input.
Optional PWR pin (SMBus/I²C devices only) places the device in a low power mode. SPI devices use the NSS pin to place the device in a low power mode.
