Description
The CDCVF25081 is a 3.3V phaselocked loop (PLL) clock driver that provides lowskew, lowjitter copies of an input clock signal. It features two banks of four outputs each, with integrated seriesdamping resistors for driving pointtopoint loads. The device automatically enters powerdown mode when no input signal is applied, and includes an onchip loop filter to minimize component count and cost.

Low jitter (cyclecycle): ±100 ps over the range 66 MHz to 200 MHz
Two banks of four outputs
Auto frequency detection to disable device (power down mode)
Consumes less than 20 μA in power down mode

Industrial temperature range: 40°C to 85°C
Onchip series damping resistors
No external RC network required
Spread spectrum clock compatible (SSC)
Available in 16pin TSSOP or 16pin SOIC packages
