CDCM7005RGZT Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVPECL. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An up to 1.5GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V to operate this time clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 3V for normal operation. As long as you provide 3V~3.6V supply voltage, it will work. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test.
