There is a Cut Tape (CT) package available for this product.It was included in the 16-UFBGA, CSPBGA package that was sent out.Data acquisition performance is improved by adapting the I2C interface to the device.There is a mounting plate in the Surface Mount axis for the part.It is better if you redo the circuit if your meter doesn't read 1.65V~3.6V for the supply voltage as this unit is designed in order to accurately read it.I would expect the average operating temperature for this chip to be -20°C~85°C degrees Celsius.In total, there are 16 terminals with their own functions.The voltage reference provided by the device is External.A linear device such as this can be supplied with a voltage as low as 1.65V.For this product, Surface Mount is adapted in order to enhance design flexibility.This part cannot be supplied if the voltage exceeds 3.6V.800μA supply current is required for normal operation of the part.Besides its use as an IC for consumers, it is also used as one for industrial use.
