Description
The BSR58 JFET from ON Semiconductor is a N-Channel Junction Field Effect Transistor (JFET) designed for use in low-noise, low-power applications. It is housed in a SOT-23 package and has a maximum drain-source voltage of 40V and a maximum power dissipation of 0.25W.

Features of the BSR58 JFET include low noise, low power consumption, low input capacitance, and low gate-source leakage current. It also has a high input impedance and a low threshold voltage.
