BQ76200PWR Description
The BQ76200PWR is a high-voltage battery pack front-end charge/discharge high-side NFET driver. High-side protection avoids ground disconnection in the system and also allows continuous communication between the battery pack and the host system. The BQ76200PWR driver has additional P-Channel FET control to allow low-current pre-charge to a deeply depleted battery, and a PACK voltage monitor control for the host to sense the PACK voltage. Because of the distinct enable inputs, CHG and DSG FETs can be turned on and off independently, providing tremendous implementation flexibility in battery systems.
