BQ2201SN-NTR Overview
Materials from Tape & Reel (TR) are included in the packaging. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is provided to conserve board space. There are several types of Nonvolatile SRAM and it is a high-quality and reliable type. The operating temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. 4.5V~5.5V voltage should be supplied for its normal operation. The mounting technique is based on the Surface Mount method.
