A breakdown voltage of 18V should not be used for analog input domain voltages.A capacitor's capacitance ratio, or ability to store electric charge, is 2.42.There is no diode cap tolerance on this device.The diode can deliver a capacitance of 43.75pF.-55°C~125°C TJ is the recommended operating temperature range.As an added benefit, the TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package is space-saving.In order for conversion results to be accurate, the peak reverse voltage must be within 18V.
