AS7620A-BQFT-500 Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 12-VQFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 3.6V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.2V. The output current of 500mA makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 32V.
