Description
AR1100T-I/SS Description
A feature-rich, fully integrated universal touch screen controller is offered by the Microchip mTouchTM AR1100 Analog Resistive USB and RS-232 Touch Screen Controller. The AR1100 supports 4, 5 or 8-wire analog resistive touch screens from any of a number of touch screen vendors and automatically switches between USB and RS-232 connection methods. In order to deliver best performance with the least amount of design time, the AR1100 dynamically adjusts to the varied touch screen electrical properties like sensitivity, contact resistance, and capacitance.
