ADS8528SPM Overview
The ADS8528 is a quad-channel, 8-bit analog-to-digital converter with 64 pins and a JESD-609 code of e4. It features simultaneous sampling and a base part number of ADS8528. The terminal position is QUAD and the polarity is bipolar. The power supplies required for operation are 3.35V. The integral nonlinearity (INL) is 0.75 LSB and the ratio of the sample and hold (S/H) to the ADC is 1:1.
