Description
The ADS8405 is a 16-bit, 1.25-MHz analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an internal 4.096-V reference. It features a unipolar pseudo-differential input and a capacitor-based SAR architecture with inherent sample and hold. The ADS8405 offers a full 16-bit interface and an 8-bit option for data readout.
