Description
The ADS7844 is an 8-channel, 12-bit sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a synchronous serial interface. It operates on a single supply voltage ranging from 2.7V to 5V. The reference voltage (VREP) can be adjusted between 100mV and Vee-, providing a corresponding input voltage range of 0V to VREP. The device features a shutdown mode that reduces power dissipation to under 1µW. The ADS7844 is available in a 20-lead QSOP package and a 20-lead SSOP package, and is specified for operation over the -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
