Description
The ADS7816, ADS7817, and ADS7822 are 12-bit, 8-pin, SAR converters with serial outputs. They are high-speed, micro-power, low-priced sampling devices.
Features
Maximum throughput rate: 140kSPS (ADS7816), 200kSPS (ADS7817), 75kSPS (ADS7822)
Maximum system clock rate: 3.2MHz (ADS7816, ADS7817), 1.2MHz (ADS7822)
Typical power dissipation: 23mW (ADS7816), 1.9mW (ADS7817), 0.54mW (ADS7822)
Maximum integral linearity error: ±1 LSB
Maximum differential linearity error: ±0.75 LSB
Power supply: 5.0V (ADS7816), 2.7V (ADS7822), 2.5V (ADS7817)
Input structure: Fully differential (ADS7816), single-ended with sampled ground sense (ADS7817, ADS7822)
