Description
The ADS5545 is a high-performance 14-bit, 170 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that offers advanced functionality and performance in a compact design. It utilizes an internal sample and hold and low-jitter clock buffer to achieve both high SNR and SFDR at high input frequencies. The ADC features programmable gain options that enhance SFDR performance at lower full-scale analog input ranges.
