Description
The ADS4229 is a dual-channel, 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a maximum sample rate of 250 MSPS. It features ultralow power consumption with a single 1.8-V supply, consuming only 545 mW at 250 MSPS. The ADS4229 offers high dynamic performance, including an SFDR of -80.8 dBc at 170 MHz and a SNR of 69.4 dBFS at 170 MHz. It also has programmable gain up to 6 dB for SNR and SFDR trade-off, as well as a DC offset correction loop. The ADS4229 supports both 1.8-V parallel CMOS and DDR LVDS digital output interfaces, and it can operate with low input clock amplitudes down to 200 mVpp. It is packaged in a compact 9-mm x 9-mm, 64-pin QFN package.
