The ADS41B25 is a 12-bit, 125MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with integrated analog input buffers. It features ultralow power consumption, high dynamic performance, and a compact QFN-48 package.

Integrated high-impedance analog input buffer
Ultralow power: 114mW analog power, 96mW buffer power, 100mW I/O power (DDR LVDS)
High dynamic performance: 68.3dBFS SNR at 170MHz, 87dBc SFDR at 170MHz
Double data rate (DDR) LVDS output interface with programmable swing and strength
1.8V parallel CMOS interface also supported
Programmable gain for SNR/SFDR trade-off
DC offset correction
Supports low input clock amplitude
