Description
The ADS1222 is a 24-bit, 2-channel delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a 240SPS data rate and 4MHz clock. It features a 20-bit effective resolution, an input multiplexer with two differential channels, and a pin-selectable, high-impedance input buffer. The ADS1222 has a 15V differential input range, 0.0003% INL (typ), 0.0015% INL (max), and is self-calibrating. It has a simple 2-wire serial interface, an on-chip temperature sensor, and supports single conversions with Standby mode. The ADS1222 has low current consumption (300μA) and an analog supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V.
