ADS1212P Overview
The ADS1212 is a highly versatile ADC with a status that is now considered obsolete. However, this does not diminish its capabilities as it still holds an EAR99 ECCN code, making it eligible for export without a license. With a base part number of ADS1212, this converter boasts a single input and utilizes the delta-sigma conversion method. It also offers the option of using either an external or internal reference type. The data interface is through SPI, providing a fast and efficient means of communication. The output bit code can be selected between OFFSET BINARY and 2'S COMPLEMENT BINARY. Measuring at a width of 7.62mm, this compact device is also ROHS3 compliant, making it environmentally friendly.
