Description
The ADS1118 is a precision analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with 16-bit resolution in an ultra-small QFN-10 or MSOP-10 package. It features an integrated voltage reference, oscillator, and serial peripheral interface (SPI) for data transfer. The ADS1118 operates from a single power supply ranging from 2.0 V to 5.5 V.
