ADP2140ACPZ3312R7 is a type of 3 MHz, 600 mA, a low quiescent current buck with a 300 mA LDO regulator. With a power-saving variable frequency mode, it is capable of reducing switching frequency under light loads to ensure the longest battery life in portable applications. The ADP2140ACPZ3312R7 is able to operate from input voltages of 2.3 V to 5.5 V, allowing single Li /Li? polymer cell, multiple alkaline/NiMH cells, PCMCIA, and other standard power sources.
