ADG528AKPZ Overview
Due to its 20-LCC (J-Lead) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. In Surface Mount, you'll find this switch device. There is 8:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. Totally, there are 20 terminations. The electronic part delivers high-quality output through its 8 channels. An 15V voltage supply should allow the electrical part to be turned on and run. As part of the design of the 20 series, this electronic part has been incorporated into the system. There are 1 circuits in this multiplexer. If you are looking for variants of the digital switch, trying search with ADG528. This digital multiplexer has 700Ohm internal resistance. For details about the functions of 20 pins, please refer to the datasheets. It is normally recommended that users do not supply the multiplexer with voltages higher than 16.5V. 10.8V is the lowest voltage the electrical component should receive. In order to operate this switch device, it would need a current of 600μA. Put voltage above 1.5mA on the multiplexer to cause damage. It is possible to supply this switch device with dual voltages. However, it is not advisable to exceed 16.5V. The voltage should be at least 10.8V if you are using dual power supplies. There is an analog IC SINGLE-ENDED MULTIPLEXER integrated with this board. The 8 inputs need to be operated in order to work. There is 300Ohm resistance between Drain and Source for this electronic part.
