ADE7978ACPZ Overview

As a result of -40°C~85°C, a higher operational temperature is reached. A 2.97V~3.63V power supply is used to power the device. If you're looking for similar parts, search ADE7978. The I/O ports on this PMIC have a voltage of zero on their low-level interfaces. For high-level I/Os, this device presents a voltage of 2.4V. A 28 termination is included in the part. ANALOG CIRCUIT IC with PMIC technology. The normal voltage needed for the part is 3.3V. To be able to operate this device, the user should be aware that a voltage of 2.97V or higher is required in order for it to work. In order to keep the maximum voltage that goes to the device under 3.63V, the voltage should be kept as low as possible. There are 28 pins that are joined together. For logic gate applications, this is a 28 solution. It comes with a Surface Mount device for easy mounting and dismounting. When the supply current is set to 10.6mA, the PMIC will operate normally.
