Description
The AD9255 is a 14-bit, 125 MSPS/105 MSPS/80 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for high-performance communications and data acquisition applications. It operates from a single 1.8 V supply and features a separate digital output driver supply that accommodates 1.8 V CMOS or LVDS outputs. The AD9255 has a proprietary differential input that maintains excellent SNR performance for input frequencies up to 300 MHz. It also includes an on-chip dither option for improved SFDR performance with low power analog input.
