Description
The ADW12001 is a dual, 14-bit, 40 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates on a single 3 V supply. It features differential inputs with a 500 MHz, 3 dB bandwidth and a flexible analog input range of 1 Vp-p to 2 Vp-p. The ADW12001 uses a multistage differential pipelined architecture with output error correction logic to provide 14-bit accuracy and guarantee no missing codes over the full operating temperature range.
