AD5682RBCPZ-RL7 Overview
It is supplied in the 8-UFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 5V volts needs to be provided. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. As part of the nanoDAC ? series of FPGAs, it is a type of FPGA. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of -40°C~105°C when operating the machine. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tape & Reel (TR). Total terminations are 8. AD5682 is the base part number that can be used to identify related parts. The device has 8 pins which are included in the design. It is possible for this FPGA to perform as per its specifications as long as it is mounted in Surface Mount direction.
