Description
AD5627RBCPZ-R2 Overview
The nanoDAC® series of digital-to-analog converters (DACs) offers high performance in a compact package, with a terminal pitch of only 0.5mm and a maximum reflow temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. The contact plating of these DACs is tin, providing excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. These DACs are surface mountable, making them suitable for a variety of applications. However, it should be noted that the part status is currently discontinued. Despite this, the nanoDAC® series still offers impressive specifications, including 12 bits of resolution and a low INL/DNL of ±0.5 and ±0.25 (max) respectively. Its small size, with a maximum seated height of only 0.8mm and a width of 3mm, makes it a versatile and space-saving option for any design.
