Description
The IDTLow Power Clock is designed for Intel AtomⓇbased systems using the NM10 Express Chipset and N450/D410/D510 Atom™ CPUs. It provides lowpower differential clock outputs with cyclecycle jitter below 125ps for PCIEX, SATA, and CPU. The clock also supports programmable spread percentage, VDDSUSP for 25MHz operation in Sstates, and PEREQ# pins for PCIEX/SATA power management.
Features
Lowpower differential clock outputs (no 500Ω resistor to GND needed)
Integrated 3312 series resistor on all differential outputs
Cyclecycle jitter:
CPU outputs: < 85ps
PCIEX outputs: < 125ps
SATA outputs: < 125ps
PCI outputs: < 500ps
/ 100ppm frequency accuracy on all clocks
Supports programmable spread percentage
Uses external 25MHz crystal (external crystal load caps required for frequency tuning)
VDDSUSP allows 25MHz to run in Sstates
PEREQ# pins to support PCIEX/SATA power management
