Description
The ICS853S0141 is a low skew, highperformance 1to5, 2.5V/3.3V DifferentialtoLVPECL/ECL Fanout Buffer. It has two selectable differential LVPECL clock inputs and five differential LVPECL/ECL outputs. The ICS853S0141 is ideal for applications demanding welldefined performance and repeatability.

PCLKX, nPCLKX pairs can accept the following differential input levels: LVPECL, LVDS, CML, SSTL
Maximum output frequency: 2GHz
Output skew: 55ps (maximum)
Parttopart skew: 100ps (maximum)
Propagation delay: 500ps (maximum)
Additive phase jitter, RMS: 0.10ps (maximum)
LVPECL mode operating voltage supply range: Voc = 2.375V to 3.8V, VEE = 0V
ECL mode operating voltage supply range: Voc 0V, VEE 3.8V to 2.375V
40°C to 85°C ambient operating temperature
