Description
The ICS851S2011 is a highperformance 2:1 DifferentialtoHCSL Multiplexer with a 2output fanout buffer. It operates up to 250MHz and accepts HCSL and other lowlevel differential input levels. Input level detection circuitry flags input levels that drop below a specified value on the selected input. This signal is latched until the status is reset via the alarm reset input. The ICS851S2011 is packaged in a small 3mm x 3mm 16lead VFQFN package.
