Description
The 8430311-01 is a 10Gb Ethernet Clock Generator that utilizes an 18pF parallel resonant crystal. It offers exceptional phase jitter performance of less than 1ps over an integration range of 1.875MHz to 20MHz. Packaged in a compact 8-pin TSSOP, the 8430311-01 is ideal for space-constrained systems.

Crystal oscillator interface optimized for 25MHz, 18pF parallel resonant crystal
Output frequencies ranging from 280MHz to 340MHz
VCO range of 560MHz to 680MHz
Low RMS phase jitter: 0.46ps (typical) at 312.5MHz using a 25MHz crystal
Full 3.3V or 2.5V operating supply
Wide ambient operating temperature range: -40°C to 85°C
Lead-free (RoHS 6) package available
