Description
The 843004-01 is a 4-output LVPECL synthesizer designed for generating Ethernet reference clock frequencies. It utilizes a 25MHz 18pF parallel resonant crystal to produce frequencies of 156.25MHz, 125MHz, and 62.5MHz based on the settings of two frequency select pins (F SEL[1:0]). The synthesizer employs IDT's 3rd generation low phase noise VCO technology, achieving typical rms phase jitter of 1ps or lower, meeting Ethernet jitter requirements. It is packaged in a compact 24-pin TSSOP package.
