Description
The 841S101 is a PLLbased clock synthesizer designed for PCI Express Clock applications. It generates a 100MHz differential HCSL clock from a 25MHz input reference, which can be derived from an external source or an onchip crystal oscillator. The device features spread spectrum clock output for reduced EMI, and an I²C bus interface for enabling/disabling spread spectrum and selecting downspread values.
