Description
The ICS83940101 is a low skew, 1to18 LVPECLtoLVCMOS/LVTTL Fanout Buffer. It has two selectable clock inputs: PCLK and nPCLK, which can accept LVPECL or SSTL input levels, and a singleended clock input that supports LVCMOS or LVTTL input levels. The ICS83940101 operates in various supply modes, including 3.3V/3.3V, 3.3V/2.5V, and 2.5V/2.5V.

Selectable LVCMOS CLK or LVPECL clock inputs
Maximum output frequency: 175MHz
Additive phase jitter, RMS: 0.108ps (typical), 3.3V/3.3V
Output skew: 115ps (maximum)
Parttopart skew: 800ps (maximum), 3.3V/3.3V
Operating temperature range: 40°C to 85°C
Available in both standard (RoHS 5) and leadfree (RoHS 6) packages
