78M6618-M/F/P2 Overview
I have packed it in Tube. A package called 68-VFQFN Exposed Pad. This device can be used as a Single Phase meter. Currently available in Surface Mount. Optimal operation is achieved at -40°C~85°C at a higher temperature. 3V~3.6V power supply is used to operate it. . Its low-level I/O ports are powered by a voltage of 0.8V. High-level I/Os are represented by voltage 2V, while standard I/Os are displayed by voltage Y. As it's a Surface Mount device, it makes it easy to install and detach it.
