Logical driver uses a neat 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging. Available in Surface Mount. Voltage buffer adopts Buffer, Non-Inverting logic prototype. The LCX07 contains six buffers. The inputs tolerate voltages up to 7V allowing the interface of 5V systems to 3V systems.
