Description
The IDT74FCT807BT/CT is a fast CMOS 1-to-10 clock driver fabricated using advanced dual metal CMOS technology. It provides minimal loading on preceding drivers with its 1:10 fanout. The device features low capacitance inputs with hysteresis for enhanced noise margins. TTL level outputs and multiple power and grounds minimize noise. Additionally, it offers high drive capability (-32mA loн, 48mA lo) for driving low impedance traces.
