Description
The IDT74FCT388915T70/100/133/150 is a 3.3V low skew PLL-based CMOS clock driver with 3-state outputs. It uses phase-lock loop technology to lock the frequency and phase of outputs to the input reference clock, providing low skew clock distribution for high performance PCs and workstations. The device has 8 outputs, including non-inverting, inverting, 2x, and 2 outputs, all of which are TTL-compatible. It features a duty cycle distortion of less than 500ps (max.), 32-16mA drive at CMOS output voltage levels, and can be driven by 3.3V or 5V components. The device is available in 28 pin PLCC and SSOP packages.
