In Tray package. 64-LQFP package. You can use it as a Single Phase meter. There is an option in Surface Mount. -40°C~85°C achieves a higher operational temperature. 3V~3.6V power supply is used to power it. The I/O ports on this PMIC have a voltage of zero on their low-level interfaces. It presents a voltage of 2V for high-level I/Os. Logic gate applications are addressed by this 64 solution. The device is designed as a Surface Mount device in order to make installation and dismantling as simple as possible. Single Converter Technology® series include it. Using 3.3V, this device can be supplied. There is no limit to the frequency that can be used by this device. An integrated memory size 32kB has been incorporated into this PMIC. FLASH memory is used by the PMIC.
