Divides input clock by 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, or 16
Two outputs:
Lowskew divide by two of the other
Can produce lowskew 50 MHz and 25 MHz clocks from a 100 MHz input
Allchip powerdown mode
OE pin for tristating outputs
